Manganese Mining - Memorandum Agreement for the permit fee, does the City pay the required septic inspector

Set Budget Workshop meeting dates since the August Council Meeting was changed to August 17th due to the Election
Approve Firemen Relief Association Audit Schedules I and II
Discuss bids received for office equipment
Discuss school building - termination of lease, City maintenance, and contact a realtor, put ad in paper for lease, etc.
Approve Dorothy Wille and Dale Wille as First Responders
Approve Clerk to attend Clerk's Orientation Conference Aug. 24-26 in St. Paul at the cost of $245 for conference, hotel $297 plus tax, mileage and meals (pending budget meeting dates)
Discuss TV for City Hall
Approve to solicit for bids from licensed plumbers to remove approx 86 residential watermeters and install repair coupling (used watermeters are worth their weight in brass only, not budgeted)
